1. About this Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how BVS Trade FZC uses cookies and similar browser storage on https://bemedskilled.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which keeps information in the browser for similar purposes. First-party cookies are set for our site; third-party technologies may be supplied by a service provider.
3. Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support functions you request and protect the site. They do not require optional analytics consent and cannot all be disabled through our preference tool. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site may then stop working correctly.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your selected language for up to one year.
- bms_consent — remembers your privacy choices and policy version for up to one year.
- bms_country — remembers the country used for relevant regional information for up to one year.
- Security and anti-abuse data — Cloudflare Turnstile and related controls may use short-lived cookies or browser data to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Duration is determined by the security service and current risk signals.
4. Optional first-party analytics
If you choose analytics, we create an opaque identifier in the bms_vid first-party, HttpOnly cookie and record a limited visitor journey. The data may include page path, referrer, locale, campaign parameters, approximate country, browser family and version, operating system, device class and timestamps. We do not activate this journey before consent and do not use it for third-party advertising.
The browser may also use bms_consented_journey_v2 and related first-party storage keys to buffer consented journey events for reliable delivery. These values do not contain the name or email entered in a form.
5. Retention
Language, country and consent preferences may remain for up to one year. First-party analytics identifiers and events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days of inactivity and no later than 12 months after creation. A link between consented analytics and an enquiry is scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Browser session or delivery buffers may disappear sooner when sent, expired or cleared.
6. Your choices
On your first visit, you can accept or decline optional analytics. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through Privacy settings in the site footer. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and starts removal of the associated first-party analytics identity, subject to short processing time and lawful retention exceptions.
You can also delete or block cookies using browser controls. Browser controls apply to that browser and device and may affect necessary site functions.
7. Third-party security services
We use Cloudflare services, including Turnstile, to deliver and protect the site. These services may process technical request data and set strictly necessary security cookies according to their own documentation and privacy terms. We do not use them to add third-party advertising cookies.
8. Do Not Track and universal signals
Browser Do Not Track signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Our optional first-party analytics remains off unless you actively consent through our interface. Where applicable law requires recognition of another legally valid preference signal, we will honour it.
