These Terms of Use govern access to and use of https://bemedskilled.com. The site is operated by BVS Trade FZC under the BE MED SKILLED brand. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site presents medical and dental simulation products, educational materials and ways to contact us, request information, obtain selected resources or arrange a demonstration. It does not currently provide an online checkout and does not by itself create a sale, distribution, service or licence agreement.

Our simulators and site materials are intended for education, training, demonstration and procurement evaluation. 14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and non-contractual matters arising from use of the site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Subject to mandatory law and any binding transaction agreement, the courts competent in Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date.
